The recent Property Investor Show, hosted by Property Investor Media Ltd, proved once again why it remains one of the most anticipated events in the UK property calendar.
Held over two days, the event brought together a strong mix of grassroots investors and established industry professionals, creating an environment that felt both energetic and genuinely collaborative. For the Property Investors Bureau (PIB), it was a particularly positive event, reinforcing its growing presence within the industry.

Seminar Sessions and Investor Insights
One of the key highlights this year was PIB’s seminar sessions, which featured a panel of Property Investors Awards Winners. This new format gave attendees direct access to real insights, as speakers openly shared the deals, strategies, and decisions behind their success. The level of detail and honesty made these sessions especially valuable, and the strong audience response reflected that.
Speakers included Bernadette Anderson, Ronnie Koldashi, Ronnie Bhathal, Ash Hussain, Manni Chopra, and Nilesh Rathi, all of whom brought practical, experience-led perspectives to the stage.
Industry Presence and Engagement
Beyond the seminars, it was also encouraging to see the visibility of PIB’s accredited educators throughout the event. Several professionals were actively showcasing their accreditation, including the use of PIB branding at their stands. This reflects a wider move towards stronger standards and greater transparency within the property education space.
It was also great to catch up with the TitleSplit team and Rachel Knight, recognised as an accredited educator within the PIB network. Their presence reflected the growing number of professionals actively demonstrating their commitment to industry standards and credibility.
With strong representation from accredited professionals at the show, the Property Investors Bureau looks forward to seeing many of them again at the upcoming Property Educator Summit.

The PIB stand remained active across both days, supported by team members and volunteers including Ruth and Irene (from Horner Blakey Insurance), as well as Angela and Bernadette, who helped facilitate conversations with attendees. From new investors looking for guidance to experienced individuals exploring further opportunities, the level of engagement highlighted the continued demand for trusted support within the industry.
