The Property Educator Summit 2026, hosted by the Property Investors Bureau at The May Fair Hotel in London on 15 May 2026, brought together respected professionals across the property education sector for a day of discussion, collaboration, and forward-thinking conversations focused on the future of the industry.
The Summit welcomed property educators, industry professionals, and key stakeholders who share a common goal: raising standards, strengthening collaboration, and helping move the sector forward in a more connected and progressive way.
A Defining Moment for the Industry
Throughout the day, speakers and attendees explored important topics surrounding the evolution of property education, industry responsibility, innovation, and the role collaboration plays in shaping a stronger future for the sector. The atmosphere reflected a genuine willingness from those in the room to openly share insight, challenge perspectives, and contribute positively to the wider industry.
A number of key discussions earlier in the day were held under Chatham House Rules, creating an environment that encouraged open and honest dialogue. These conversations provided valuable insight for those in attendance and will be followed up by the Property Investors Bureau in due course. The Summit team also extends its appreciation to all participants for their contributions and respect for the confidentiality of those discussions.

The Summit marked another important step in the development of a platform designed to support, connect, and champion professionals across the property education sector, while encouraging higher standards and stronger collaboration throughout the industry.

Voices from the Summit
“I attended the Property Educator Summit this year because not only was it great to connect with some of my peers, but I also picked up some really valuable updates that I can share with my clients. I highly recommend this for anyone in the property education space. I’m already looking forward to next year. Many thanks to Cyril and the team.”

“It was my pleasure to attend the Property Educator Summit and share insights on the Renters’ Rights Act changes and the ever-shifting legislative landscape. It is always encouraging to see that those who teach are themselves eager to learn. It was refreshing to see what good looks like and witness the willingness across the sector to raise standards and do the right thing.”
