Example response
Joint Ventures: Joint ventures often break down when partners fail to recognise that there is no such thing as equal partners. Partners will offer different attributes to the partnership with differing levels of expertise and potentially finance, so it is important to clearly define everyone’s role within the partnership in writing. What are your responsibilities? What are your aims and objectives? What are your contingency plans? As well as this, it is important to establish an exit strategy and insert necessary clauses into contracts. Ideally, you will employ a solicitor to draw up a professional JV agreement.
Please leave your response in the comment section below or email it to info@pibuk.org.
