New Addition to PIB’s Advisory Panel
We are pleased to welcome David Smith of JMW Solicitors LLP to our Advisory Board.
David has extensive experience in the civil and criminal law relating to property. He has worked in every level of the civil courts from the county courts all the way to the Supreme Court. He also has substantial experience in the First Tier and Upper Tribunals in several different chambers contesting decisions of local authorities.
David’s property work also includes acting as the former Policy Director of the Residential Landlords Association as well as providing public affairs advice and representation for other businesses active in the property sector. In this role he has gained substantial experience in public policy work appearing before parliamentary committees and meeting with civil servants, peers, MPs and ministers in Westminster and in devolved bodies as well as appearing regularly on TV, radio and in the print media for his clients.
