Property Developer Show | March 2024

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending/exhibiting at the Property Developer Show for the first time and we can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! The event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with active and aspiring property developers and lay the groundwork for valuable partnerships.

A long-overdue catch-up with James Allen and Finbarr Doyle finally happened, and hearing about their inspirational plans was truly impressive. We are looking forward to continuing our conversations over lunch soon!

It was also great to have a meaningful discussion with the one and only Paul Stapleton, setting a date to explore exciting opportunities. Even though it was brief, reconnecting with Rory O’Mara, Ranjit Singh, Sam Cooke and other friends in the industry was a highlight.

A special surprise was bumping into Adam Lawrence and Reemal Rabheru, who treated me to lunch. Thank you! Always a pleasure catching up with old property friends! And of course, insightful discussions with Tina Walsh and Tom Walsh on property sourcing regulations helped me to appreciate the incredible work being done in the sector by them.

A huge thank you to Scott Williams and his team for fostering an environment where business can truly thrive through partnerships and supporting each other. The Property Investors Awards team looks forward to supporting future events!
